Tutankhamun exhibition in London

A major show of ancient Egyptian artefacts, 'Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs', will open in London this autumn (November 15 – August 30, 2008). The first exhibition at the new O2centre, formerly the Millennium Dome, in Greenwich, it will feature 130 treasures from the Valley of the Kings tombs and a gallery dedicated to Howard Carter, the British archaeologist who discovered the boy king's tomb in 1922.Wednesday, April 4th, 2007
