Share The Chessington Adventure in 2006

On the 27 March 2006 Chessington World of Adventures will burst open for a season full of fun and frolics, starting with a Bubble-tastic Easter event bubbling over with entertainment for the whole family.

NEW for 2006 is the rejuvenated, foam-injected, bubble-bursting Bubbleworks water ride and an interactive Monkey & Bird Garden with a BRAND NEW Squirrel Monkey walk-through experience guaranteed to delight little monkeys of all ages.

Easter will be truly Bubble-tastic, too! Chessington is releasing the bubbles between 30 March and 17 April, when the park will be bursting with bubblicious frolics, mischievous staff with bubble guns, bubble machines and an array of unBubbleLievable activities to keep everyone entertained.

Have Frothy Fun with the NEW Revitalised Bubbleworks

The iconic Bubbleworks has had a complete makeover and the curtains will open on the 27 March for the NEW foam-fizzing, bubble-bursting, sweet smelling, giggle-making, ducktastic Bubbleworks indoor family water ride - sponsored by Imperial Leather.

NEW Animal Adventures

Follow the new colourful characters Cheeky and Beaky through the NEW interactive Monkey & Bird Garden and come face to face with Squirrel Monkeys in an amazing jungle walk through. With all new signage and brand new 'play 'n learn' elements throughout, guests can stretch as far as a Condor, view the world as a Great Grey Owl would through a periscope and test their talents in an adventure that is fun for the whole family.

EASTER

Bubble-tastic Easter 30 March - 17 April 2006

It will be bubbles galore at Chessington between 30 March and 17 April! Almost three weeks of activities and events have been planned in the park, including bubble entertainers with some unBubbleLievable talents, crazy bubble-fuelled experiments in the Family Centre, staff with bubble guns, giant bubble machines and Foam Frenzy parties as a crazy finale between 4pm and 6pm daily!

Spiderman 1 - 23 April 2006

Spiderman will swing in to entertain families with an action-packed stage show this Easter, and kids will be able to learn the moves from their favourite superhero before testing out their spider-like skills on a giant climbing web on the Park's Climbing Wall! They will even get the chance to see the real thing in Creepy Caves, with the Zoo's collection of hairy tarantulas and stingy scorpions.

SPRING

Noddy and Friends 29 April - 4 June 2006

Noddy is back by popular demand and he is bringing his friends Big Ears, Tessie Bear and Bumpy Dog as well as The Naughty Goblins Gobbo and Sly for a daily live show full of laughter, song, dance and stories. Shows will run in Market Square frequently throughout the day and when he's not up to mischief on stage he will be out and about in his little yellow car, looking to make some new friends.

Mr Men Storytelling 22-26 May and 4-8 September

Tiny Tots will be treated to storytelling and meet 'n greets with some favourite Mr Men and Little Miss Friends.

SUMMER

75th Anniversary of Chessington Zoo

This summer sees the monumental 75th Anniversary of Chessington Zoo! Look out for a summer full of history, animal antics and the opening of a brand new animal feature to celebrate the occasion.

Basil Brush 10 -30 June 2006

Booming Marvellous! Kids can look forward to madness, mayhem, music, mirth and mischief as everyone's favourite fox, Basil Brush arrives at Chessington for Magic Month; so prepare to be intrigued and amazed with magic shows in Market Square throughout the day, every day between 10 and 30 June.

Cartoon Network Draw-a-Toon 22 July - 3 September 2006

Budding artists rejoice! At the daily Draw-a-Toon Workshops kids can learn how to draw their favourites from Cartoon Network and meet some much loved cartoon characters during daily appearances between July and September.

HALLOWEEN

Halloween Hocus Pocus 6 -31 October 2006

Chessington will be transformed once again as the ghouls and goblins come out for Halloween! Chessington is at its scariest during the spook-tacular Halloween Hocus Pocus, so prepare little monsters for a spine-tingling October to remember. And watch this space: a very special guest will appear from the darkness...

With over 90% of rides and attractions suitable for under 12s, Chessington World of Adventures is THE adventure park for families looking for hassle free fun and animal magic. Tiny Tots are entertained in the Land of the Dragons pre-school paradise and Toytown fun-rides, whilst Dare Devils can try their might on the spin-sational Dragon's Fury and the fang-tastic Vampire coasters, blast their opponents on Tomb Blaster and cause mayhem and mischief in Beanoland.

And the fun doesn't stop there – Chessington Zoo, which celebrates its 75th Anniversary this year, presents a magical animal land with animals ranging from tiny insects and farm-yard creatures to huge lowland gorillas and magnificent tigers, lions and leopards!
