It’s A Dog's Life!

The highly acclaimed Livingston’s Restaurant in Linlithgow is well known for Chef Julian Wright’s culinary flair and expertise. However, the well-respected restaurant is now reaching out to a new type of diner in a bid to embrace National Pet Week!

The family run restaurant is known for its comfortable atmosphere and has consistently held the coveted two AA rosettes. In the run up to National Pet Week (29th April- 7th May), dogs will also benefit from the pet-loving restaurant owners’ hospitality. The team at the restaurant will be welcoming diners and their dogs alike to sample their fine cuisine. Owner of Livingston’s Restaurant, Ronald Livingston, encourages visitors not to be deterred by dining out when they are out walking their dogs. Ronald commented,

“Often dog owners will feel that they can’t simply pop into their local restaurant for lunch or dinner when they have dogs in tow. However for the next five weeks we will be greeting both our clients and pets prior to National Pet Week.”

Whilst diners enjoy their lunch, their beloved pooches can relax in the gardens at Livingston’s Restaurant, where they will be able to snooze in comfort and dine on the best organic lamb or beef dog food in town, courtesy of Blackmount Organics (http://www.blackmountfoods.com/). In return for their pampered afternoon, owners will be encouraged to leave a donation, and all money raised will be donated to National Pet Week Charitable Trust, which promotes responsible pet ownership.

The Livingston family, which have a Jack Russell, are looking forward to welcoming their new visitors to the restaurant.
